Who we are

We're Alden Kitchen LLC, a licensed cottage-food bakery in Elburn, Illinois. This policy covers aldenkitchen.com, our text alerts, and the orders you place with us.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and email when you pre-order or join our texts. What you ordered. The texts you send us — STOP, HELP, or a question.

This website itself collects nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking.

How we use it

To fill your order and tell you when it's ready. To send the texts you asked for. To answer you when you write to us. Nothing else.

Text messages

Your mobile number is used only for the Alden Kitchen texts you opted into.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who handles it for us

Three services process your information on our behalf and under our instructions, to do the things above and nothing more:

We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't give it to anyone else except when the law requires it.

Reply STOP to any text to end them. Reply HELP for help.

Email hello@aldenkitchen.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you. We'll do it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its date will be posted here.
